Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: every one in this research must satisfy 3 conditions at the same time: 1. Pathological diagnosed as breast cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; 2. IHC (1+/-) or IHC (3+); 3. the patients consent to screening and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The amount of isolated tissue of the patient who has breast cancer is not enough to perform the immunohistochemical test or FISH
