Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age greater than or equal to years of old; 2. general anesthesia patients undergoing selective surgery; 3. surgery lasted more than 60 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with central hyperthermia, include cerebrovascular disease, brain trauma, brain surgery, epilepsy, acute hydrocephalus, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism; 2. abnormalities of thermoregulation, include malignant hyperthermia abnormalities of thermoregulation; 3. infection fever; 4. patients core erature higher than 37.8 degree C in the first three days before surgery; 5. Patients have ear infection; 6. undertaking proactive measures of erature control during surgery.
