Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of brain trauma; 2. Age<16 years; 3. Glasgow Coma Scale is 3-8 when admitted to hospital; 4. The implantation of invasive intracranial pressure monitoring is approved by the children's legal guardian; 5. The intracranial pressure monitoring probe must be implanted in 72hrs after injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incranial pressure monitoring is conducted for other non-traumatic factors; 2. Glasgow Coma Scale is more than 9 when admitted to hospital; 3. The time of intracranial pressure monitoring probe implantation is more than 72hrs after injury; 4. The children with severe other organ injuries are excluded; 5. The children who have to pull out the intracranial pressure monitoring probe because of intracranial hemorrhage or infection are excluded; 6. If the children's legal guardians require us to terminate the procedure, these cases are excluded.
