2 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hematological malignancies who need allogeneic stem cell transplantation and plan to undergo haploid transplantation; The mean fluorescence intensity of donor specific antigen of the patients's serum is above or equal to 2000 and less than 10000.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who are not able to regular follow-up; 2) patients in other clinical trails.
