20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged from 20-70years old; 3. Diagnosed as supratentorial tumor, possiblely glioma; 4. scheduled for elective glioma resection; 5. No or mild preoperative neurological dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic or local infection before surgery; 2. comorbid with autoimmune disease; 3. pathologically diagnosed as non-glioma
