Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients were diagnosed with PKD according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of Bruno in 2004; 2. Lamotrigine monotherapy for treatment in our study; 3. have good obedience and follow up; 4. All the patients had a normal video-EEG and Brain CT or MRI scans.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe organic diseases such as blood disease,like liver or kidney dysfunction; 2. Suffering from any Progressive diseases such as cancer; 3. Suffering from any organic brain or central nervous system diseases; 4. Suffering any disease may cause secondery PKD, like tuberous sclerosis.
