Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients must meet the following criteria for study entry: 1) Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2) admitted with AMI in the 1 to 7 days before enrollment; 3) able to provide written,informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Heart Failure; 2. Serious infections; Systemic inflammatory response syndrome; 3. Severe hepatic insufficiency (liver cirrhosis, liver fibrosis); 4. Severe renal insufficiency defined as serum creatinine >2.5 mg/dl; 5. Connective tissue diseases; 6. History of malignancy; 7. pregnancy
