20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be aged between 20 and 60 years who were scheduled for elective trigeminal nerve decompression or facial nerve decompression were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiovascular or respiratory complications; 2. disorder of endocrine system; 3. allergy to sufentanil; 4. liver and renal impairments; 5. the BMI (body mass index)>=28kg/m2; 6. current medication(s) including either the CYP3A4 inducers or/and inhibitors and 7. the ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status more than II.
