18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with shock or after surgery(Shock diagnosis must at least meet one follow conditions); a) Heart Rate >90bpm b) SBP 2mmol/L; d) UPD <0.2ml/kg*h; e) SvO2 <65% or ScvO2 <70%; 2. Need large amount of fluid to resuscitation; 3. Older than 18y.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pulmonary arterial hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis, severe pneumonia, cardiac or IVC (Inferior Vena Cava) deformity, kidney organic diseases or other disease which impact ultrasound picture quality
