18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All the PMS patients must meet the PMS diagnostic criteria of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG)2000; 2. regular menstrual cycles,Menstrual cycle is 28±3 days; 3. Age ranging from 18 to 35 years old; 4. Did not attend other drug clinical trials in four weeks; 5. Right-hand user.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. age under 14 years old or above 45 years old; 2. Diagnosed with severe or special infection or patients with infectious diseases; 3. any MRI contraindications; 4. any acupuncture contraindications; 5. No reaction of assessment of acupuncture needling; 6. All subjects did not smoke, no lactating women.
