non-progression AKI group:Urine and plasma levels of miRNA21 were assessed after AKI

19 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing opn heart surgery between Jan. 2015 and Jun. 2015; 2. Age more than 18 years; 3. At least one preoperative risk factor for postoperative acute kidney injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients rejecting or doing not write informed consent; 2. end-stage renal disease; 3. concomitant tumor; 4. concomitant infectious disease; 5. preoperative kidney injury in advanced stage.
