Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The medical records of 1140 Chinese women undergoing IVF- ET cycles and reaching the oocyte pick-up stage at Reproductive Medical Center, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University, between October 2012 and December 2013 were reviewed. All patients should meet the PCOS definition specified in the 1990 National Institute of Health-National institute of Child Health and Human Development conference or in 2003 Rotterdam conference by the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were diagnosis of the presence of medical history of ovary sugary, the use of hormone therapy in the three preceding months, any forms of malformation of uterus and ovary and history of metal disorder. Studies were excluded if they did not confirm to all the inclusion criteria.
