Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health male with age between 19 and 60, obese and normal weight male.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vasectomy, Reproductive tract infection, Prostatitis, Epididymitis, Azoospermia; received hormone therapy in the past 6 months such as testosterone, insulin,thyroid hormone; hospital patients in the past 6 months, or the patient received operation; Obesity related diseases such as Cushing's syndrome; Hypothyroidism, type 2 diabetes mellitus.
