Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 13 to 17, healthy and comply with the immunization requirements of the subjects; (2) there is no history of inactivated vaccine inoculation, within the last seven days no history of attenuated live vaccine inoculation, the last three months not received immunoglobulin preparations, no contraindications to vaccination; (3) the subjects and their guardians agree to sign the informed consent; (4) the subjects and their guardians Can comply with the requirements of the observation; (5) no the natural infection history of chickenpox and herpes zoste and no the history of chickenpox vaccination; (6) the axillary temperature is less than 37 degree.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) has the history of allergies, convulsions, seizures; have the family history of mental illness and so on; (2) allergies to any ingredient of the vaccine, including vaccine accessories and antibiotic; (3) severe disease or fever, acute infection and chronic disease; (4) use of steroids; (5) has the history of thrombocytopenia or other blood coagulation disorder, may cause hypodermic contraindication; (6) the immune therapy; (7) with congenital malformations, developmental disorders, or severe chronic diseases (such as Down's syndrome, diabetes, sickle cell anemia or neurological disorder); (8) with skin disease such as allergic fungal infections, herpes and rotting; (9) therapy in the last three months by immune globulin or receipt whole blood or plasma; (10) in the last 7 days had acute illness, and need systemic antibiotics or antiviral treatment; (11) pregnant or breastfeeding woman; going to be pregnancy in the three months. (12) the researchers think that is not suitable to participate in the study for other reasons.
