Age
40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical diagnosis of hypertention; conscious; age between 40 and 75 years; 2. completed primary school education or higher; 3. to be able to communicate with educators; availability to participate in assigned health education activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy; 2. mental disorders, dementia or cognitive impairment; 3. other serious diseases with the need for special care such as malignant tumors, heart failure, kidney disease, AIDS.
