Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the Rome III diagnosis criteria for constipation; 2. Sure diagnosis of STC; 3. The exclusion of other colorectal organic disease; 4.Chronic (conservative treatment for more than 5 years), severe (WCS more than 15) constipation impacting quality of life; 5.failure with medicine conservative treatment; 6.age: 18-70years; 7 WCS more than 15.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA more than 3 points; 2.Abnormal liver function and kidney function; 3.Patients with psychiatric symptoms or have a history of Psychiatric disease; 4.patients with pelvic floor dysfunction didn't receive conservative treatment 5.patients showing obvious pelvic floor dysfunction; 6.Patients with a history of abdominal big surgery; 7.Patients with Life threatening diseases such as cancer;
