18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who fulfilled the ASAS classification criteria for axial spondyloarthritis were included. The disease had failed to respond to initial therapy with sulfasalazine or methotrexate in all patients, and all patients displayed moderate to highly active AS as defined by a ASDAS of =2.1 or BASDAI=4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patients who used to accept biologic therapy 6 month before this study were excluded.
