2 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis from 2 to 17; 2. Persistent illness activity >=6 months 3. Untreated by biologics before our research; 4. No oral Glucocorticoid or NSAISs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The general standard (4); 2. The general safety standard (16).
