Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: control group: 1. Aged =70 years; 2. normal nutrition, MNA-SF score 12-14; 3. Agree to the study, sign the informed consent form. Experimental group: 1. Aged =70 years; 2. malnutrition, MNA-SF score 0-7; 3. can't oral feeding, need enteral tube feeding for long period; 4. Agree to the study, sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of enteral nutrition: Complete intestinal obstruction, GI active bleeding, Severe nausea, vomit cant be controlled by medicines, Chronic GI diseases with severe malabsorption; 2. Severe heart failure, pulmonary failure cant be controlled; 3. Terminal stage of chronic disease, CKD V, eGFR<15ml/min; 4. Chronic liver disease, liver function, Child C, ALT=3 ULN, AST=3ULN; 5. With neurological or mental disorders, Can't cooperate; 6. Life expectancy less than 3 months; 7. with consumptive disease such as malignant tumor; 8. With severe endocrine diseases, including abnormal thyroid function, excluding normal thyroid function controlled by medicineUncontrolled diabetes; 9. No sign the informed consent form.
