Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overweight obese adults (BMI>=24kg/m2, age 18-70 years).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy,lactation or planning a pregnancy; 2. History of diet pills of 2 months; 3. More than 20 grams alcoholic drinks per day; 4. Acute or chronic inflammation; 5. Impaired renal function and abnormal liver function.
