Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Normal semen quality criteria (Refer to WHO laboratory manual for the examination and processing of human semenversion 5); 1.1 semen volume >=1.5ml 1.2 semen concentration >=15*10^6/ml; 1.3 Progressive motility sperm >=32%; 2. The diagnosis of premature ejaculation; (1) Adoption?of premature ejaculation diagnostic tool. Total score of ejaculation control evaluation: The total score is 11 points; (Symonds T, Perelman MA, Althof S et al.; Development and validation of a premature ejaculation diagnostic tool. Eur Urol 2007 Aug;52(2):565-73); 3. Inclusion criteria 3.1 Between the age of 20-49; 3.2 In line with the diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine of premature ejaculation and semen quality normal criteria. 3.3 Without taking drug which is beneficial to spermatogenesis within 3 months; 3.4 Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 20 or older than 50; 2. Patients with serious basic disease, such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes etc.; 3. With Congenital malformations of the reproductive system, cryptorchidism, microtestis, orchitis, epididymis phlogistic, chronic prostatitis, varicocele etc.; 4. Poor medication compliance.
