Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Craniocerebral injury patients require surgical treatment; 2. age between 20-70 years old; 3. ASA I-IV; 4. Mallampati I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysfunction in lung, liver, kidney and nervous system; 2. Thyroid function was abnormal; 3. Use analgesic, sedative drugs sustaining; 4. Use vascular active drugs; 5. Significantly less blood volume preoperative; 6. With vascular lesions; 7. BMI >28 kg/m 2 or <18 kg/m2; 8. Intubation difficulty
