Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. with the manifestations of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy, and is molecularly diagnosed as primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy; 2. no chronic diseases that would influence the metabolism of PGE2, such as heart disease, lung or kidney disease; 3. has fully understood the informed consent and voluntarily signed it to participate in research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to Etoricoxib Tablets; 2. be undergoing other investigational drugs; 3. Abuse of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other COX-2 inhibitors and the researchers believe the findings would be interfered; 4. has ever been or be involved in drug treatment that would influence bone metabolism and the researchers believe the result would be interfered; 5. Abnormal liver function: serum aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase >=2.0*ULN, bilirubin >=1.5* upper limit of normal; 6. Impaired renal function: serum creatinine> 2.4mg / dl; 7. has ever undergone facial plastic surgery history due to thickening of the skin; 8. with various factors affecting follow up.
