Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 20-40 years; 2. No drug history befor operation; 3. ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. weight lower than 70% or high than 130% of ideal body weight; 2. combine with nervous system disease or unsing drug affecting nervous system; 3. alchol history; 4. liver or kidney dysfunction; 5. cardiopulmonay dysfunction; 6. anesthesia or surgery history; 7. severe vital sign disturbance or uncomfortable during the trial.
