Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. gynecological patients; 2. ASA I-II; 3. aged 18 to 68 years old; 4. weighing 50 ~ 85kg, body mass index (BMI) 19 ~ 29; 5. no lidocaine, allergies narcotic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. chronic pain, internal; 2. Used analgesic drugs in past 7 days; 3. drug abuse history; 4. mental illness; 5. communication barriers; 6. unstable cardiovascular disease and hypertension; 7. central nervous system disease; 8. endocrine system diseases; 9. liver and kidney dysfunction.
