18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects had to voluntarily participate and comply with the requirements of the study, understand and comply with the follow-up plan, correctly record rating scale, drug use frequency, along with drugs and adverse events, and sign a consent form; 2. Recruited patients aged between 18 to 70 years; 3. Sex unlimited but limited to Chinese. (4)Included patients should meet the index of AHI>15 and have Pathological GERD. (5)BMI between 24-28 including 24 and 28. (6)Not used acid-inhibitory drugs in 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of Tumor diseases, immunodeficiency, organ transplantation, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, severe emphysema and COPD, long-term use of insomnia, psychotropic drug,severe osteoporosis, Parkinson, respiratory tract infection in 2 weeks; 2. Patients are currently participating in other clinical studies or had attended other clinical studies in 30 days and researches of this study; 3. Patients with mental disorder,poor motives and abnormal intelligence which may affect the effectiveness of this study; 4. pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients who are allergic to esomeprazole.
