Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of patients are 18 to 65 years old; 2. Diagnosed with the early esophagel carcinoma by gastroscopy and EUS; 3. Have signed the informed consent; 4. No contraindications of endoscopic therapy(such as significant coagulation disorders).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, kidney, brain and blood disease; 2. Patients with severe psychosis (such as Depression, mania, seizures, schizophrenia); 3. Patients with contraindications of endoscopic therapy(such as significant coagulation disorders which can not be cured in shot time); 4. Patients with no ability to cooperate with the researchers to complete the experiments.
