Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. type 2 diabetes mellitus diabetic patients who were greater than the age of 18; 2. foot ulcer with Wagner Grade 2-4; 3. the presence of PAD; 4. unable revascularization screened by one vascular surgeon; 5. They agreed to take part in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unstable conditions such as acute exacerbation of heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, acute stroke, kidney failure requiring dialysis, serious infection, and ketoacidosi; 2. factors affecting heart rate, including cardiac arrhythmias and the use of drugs such as beta-blockers; 3. peripheral vascular disease such as severe varicose veins, and venous thrombosis; 4. joint degeneration and other diseases affecting the muscles and joints; 5. underwent revascularization; 6. patients with poor compliance, or unable to exercise; 7. patients can't understand research plan, or don't want to attend.
