Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The indication for the cases of laparoscopic surgery group is T stage lower than T2 or tumor invasion and serosa serosal invasion but are smaller in area than l0cm2; The indications for cases of open surgery include T2, T3, N0 ~ 2 cases of disease is a small number of IB stageT3N2 cases of II, IIIB period. We use the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) criteria for assessing the tolerance grade of preoperative surgery, I-II level standard is selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who couldn't be R0 resection confirmed by intraoperative or postoperative pathology, or TNM stage does not conform to the requirements
