Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with low back pain were diagnosed 1st 2nd and 3rd type according to the Quebec Task Force Classification; 2. The course of the disease in more than 3 months; 3. Aged between 21 to 65, without other treatments, for example, accepting spinal manual therapy within 4 weeks or sedative with 1week before the start of this observation; 4.A selfreported average pain within the past 24 hours >=2 at fist phone screen an 11 point numerical rating scale (NRS); 5. Visual analogue scale >4; 6. Patient has signed the informed consen.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other diseases can cause low back pain: nephritis, lithangiuria, gynecological inflammation, uterine diseases etc; 2. Patients with other cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver ,kidney serious primary diseases; 3. Patients with Psychoneurosis; 4. Patients with primary sciatica; 5. Patients with lumbarspondylolisthesis; 6. Patients with spine tumors or tuberculosis; 7. Patients with consciousness disorders, vision impairment, hearing disorders, logagnosia and those who cannot carry on magnetic resonance imaging; 8. Not acute; 9. BMI>=40; 10. Beck Depression Inventory II>=29; 11. Patients with low back pain were diagnosed 4th ~11th type according to the Quebec Task Force Classification; 12. Patients will be refused whom the researchers do not acknowledge for some reason.
