Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged = 60 years; 2. coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease including stable coronary heart disease (SCAD) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS); 3. no application of platelet P2Y12 ADP receptor antagonist Agent; 4. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. active bleeding or intracranial hemorrhage; 2. platelets 2 mg/dl; 7. malignant tumor; 8. moderate to severe liver damage.
