Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. receiving kidney transplantation for the first time; 2. deceased donor kidney transplantion or relative living donor kidney transplantion; 3. no fungal infections in donors and recipients before surgery; 4. both donors or recipients had no history of use of antifungal drugs prior to surgery; 5. recipients receiving a triple immunosuppressive regimen including tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil and prednisone after surgery; 6. participants (or their family members) consented to voluntarily participate by signing the appropriate informed consent paperwork.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Donors or recipients with suspected, to be diagnosed or diagnosed invasive fungal infections; (2) donors or recipients with history of use of antifungal drugs; (3) recipients with abnormal liver function before surgery.
