Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Achalasia patients who would undergo POEM procedure and previously had or not undergone pre-vious pneumatic dilation, Heller myotomy, and other esophageal surgeries will be included in our research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were intake of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, or other immunosuppressive drugs in the 6 months prior to examination, patients with a history of prior POEM
