Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult subjects (age>18 years); 2. Definitive diagnosis of LAM according to European Respiratory Society Guidelines;or probable diagnosis of LAM with VEGF-D over 800 pg/ml; 3. Clinical stability, defined as no exacerbations for a minimum of 8 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lung transplantion or on the waitlist; 2. Pregnancy and lactation; 3. Musculoskeletal or cognitive disorders that could interfere with testing; 4. Unstable angina, respiratory tract infection within 1 month of the start of the study; 5. Previous involvement in yoga programs within 3 months(more than twice a week); 6. History of pneumothorax during past3 months.
