18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension, coronary heart disease, valvular heart disease or cardiomyopathy accompanied by heart failure; 2. Aged 18-75 years old; 3. NYHA classification II-IV and LVEF<40% before randomization; 4. Permanent residents in Tianjin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the end stage of rious disease; 2. Acute myocardial infarction with heart failure; 3. Heart failure due to arrhythmia; 4. Deaths during hospitalization.
