Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged greater than or equal to 18 years; 2. Recent chest CT prompted patients with solitary pulmonary nodules; 3. patients with pulmonary nodule diameter=8mm; 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple pulmonary nodules; 2. Patients with pulmonary nodule diameter>8mm3cm; 3. Patients with severe pulmonary disease affecting clinical evaluation.
