3 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-6 year old children, male or female, with no systemic diseases; 2. Salivary Streptococcus mutans level>5*10^5/ml; 3. A written informed consent signed by guardians of the children; 4. Good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases, such as congenital heart disease and systemic immune diseases; 2. Acute infective diseases or had taken antibiotics in recent 3 months; 3. The subject is taking other medications that may influence the result.
