Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as PDR; 2. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical trials within three months; 2. Accompanied by other retinal vascular diseases that may cause macular edema; 3. Facts may increase patient risk.
