Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old and more; 2. The diabetic nephropathy was diagnosed as stage III by clinical doctors; 3. Syndrome type is not limited; 4. Voluntarily signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction or Chinese patent medicine at the same time; 2. Antibiotics and probiotics were used 30 days before the start of the trial; 3. Having serious heart, brain, blood vessel, liver, kidney, blood system disease, uremia patient; 4. There are diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma and other acute metabolic disorders within 1 month; 5. Not willing to cooperate and having the mentally ill; 6. Pregnancy, ready for pregnancy or lactation; 7. Allergic constitution.
