18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient shall sign the informed consent form. 2. Aged 18-85 years old; 3. Group 1 and 4 PH, including idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension, congenital heart disease after repair, CTEPH); 4. WHO PH class function III/IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metabolic disease, including but not limited to hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, connective tissue disease, diabetes (which will still be included in preliminary baseline studies but will not be included in later stage of intervention studies), etc.; 2. Patients with Primary Hypohepatia or Renal Insufficiency; 3. Patients with Tumor.
