emergency surgery group:emergency surgery for obstruction caused by left sided colorectal cancer

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. older than 18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. acute obstruction of left colon cancer; 3. no absolute surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. can not be radical at the beginning; 2. colorectal multiple cancer; 3. undergo radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. obstructive perforation; 5. obstruction leading to respiratory and circulatory dysfunction
