Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preoperative endoscopic biopsy pathology confirmed esophageal squamous carcinoma, gastroscope and endoscopic ultrasound comprehensive evaluation of tumor location and infiltration depth, a comprehensive evaluation of tumor invasion and suspicious invaded lymph node through the chest CT. Ultrasound or ultrasound probe can be done when it's necessary, to determining liver and distant metastasis, then preliminary determination in patients with clinical stage for esophageal squamous carcinoma III (T1-2 n2, T3N1-2, T4aN0-2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of malignant tumor; TNM staging IIIc - IV (N3 T4b or M1);Severe heart, liver, lung, brain, kidney and other organs complication;Esophageal cancer with perforation formating the lungs lung abscess, lower thoracic segment esophageal cancer whit neck lymph node metastasis or cervical segment esophageal with celiac artery lymph node metastasis, etc.
