18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 80 years; 2. Stay in ICU more than one night (10PM to 8AM); 3. RASS between -2 to 0; 4. Without diagnosis disease in eyes or ears; 5. ICU patients with intubation; 6. Informed consent; 7. Can do the polysomnography test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis with sleep disorders; 2. Alcoholism; 3. After neurosurgical operation, or with brain disease, dementia or coma; 4. With mental disease or after antipsychotic treatment; 5. terminal stage of cancer; 6. Emergency admisstion; 7. sedation after alert; 8. Pregnant women.
