60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male or female aged 60 and 75 years old; 2. in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under regular treatment; 3. The patients had the willingness to actively participate in the clinical trial and a strong sense of responsibility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ruled out other pulmonary diseases such as pneumonia; 2. There are factors that interfere with the implementation of the rehabilitation,like the instability of the complications, the serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental diseases; 3. always have been doing pulmonary rehabilitation exercise; 4. Without signing the informed consent.
