7 Years to 20 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) operated non-syndromic UCLP; (2) concave profile with anterior crossbite; (3) palatoplasty surgery before 3 years old; (4) no pharyngeal flap surgery; (5) ANB -4 to 0 degree; (6) cervical vertebral maturation stage between CS1 and CS3 (Baccetti et al. 2005).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with additional congenital anomaly; (2) temporo-mandibular disorders; (3) previous orthodontic treatment.
