65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65-75 years, BMI 18.5-30 kg/m2, ASA I–II, undergoing elective Orthopaedic surgery, will be enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: refused to participate; Without regular treatment of poorly controlled hypertension; hepatic or renal dysfunction; Cardiovascular disease or dysfunction of blood coagulation; hematocrit less than 35%, Hb less than 110 g/L; allergy.
