Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis is according to The prevention and treatment of viral hepatitis,The guideline of prevention and treatment for chronic hepatitis B (2015 version),Guideline for diagnosis and treatment for liver failure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with HAV HCV HDV HEV and so on co-infection; 2. Patient who have autoimmune liver disease, alcoholic or non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and metabolic liver disease; 3. Patient with active bleeding or DIC; 4. Patient who is severe allergic to blood products or drugs such as plasma, heparin and protamine; 5. Patient who is hemodynamic instability; 6. Patient who is inunstability heart infarction caused by cerebrovascular accident; 7. Extravascular hemolysis; 8. Severe septicopyemia.
