Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adult cancer patients; 2. not being in the terminal stage; 3. without any disorder in consciousness; and 4. willing to participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discharged with treatment uncompleted and total hospital stays are less than 2 weeks, owing to treatment interruption for any reasons.
