23 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The time of positive HBsAg longer than 6 months; 2. HBV-DNA >106 IU/ml; 3. Normal pregnancy; 4. Aged 23 to 45 years; 5. Normal liver enzyme level or less than 2 ULN; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Activity hepatitis; 2. Has been treated by anti-virus or has a history of anti-virus; 3. Complicated with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV or other liver diseases and HIV; 4. Using steroid hormones and immunosuppressive agents; 5. Presenting threatened abortion symptom or treatment for early pregnancy complication; 6. Other condition considered not suitable for inclusion.
