16 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single hole thoracoscopic resection of lung bullae2.No pleural adhesions3.the number of lung bullae is less the 3 golds and confined by HRCT on the apex of lung 4.age 16-30 5.signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.previous history of pulmoary tuberculosis or thoraccic surgery2.bilatral of lung bullae 3.for various reasions converted to thoractomy or assited small incision 4.the amount of bleeding was more than 50ml during the operation 5.operation time is greater than 2 hours.
